Refund policy

At MediaBuk, we stand behind the quality of our products. MediaBuk products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturer defects only.

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use during the one-year warranty period.

If a product is determined by MediaBuk to be defective due to a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • repair the product
  • replace the product
  • provide another appropriate remedy consistent with this policy

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper handling
  • normal wear and tear
  • cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
  • damage caused by improper storage or environmental conditions
  • customer dissatisfaction unrelated to a manufacturer defect
  • products that are functioning as intended

Returns and Refunds

Because MediaBuk products are customized electronic products and are sold with this limited warranty, we do not accept returns or provide refunds except in cases involving verified manufacturer defects covered under this policy or where required by law.

Products that are not defective are not eligible for return or refund.

Warranty Claim Process

  • your order number
  • your contact information
  • a description of the issue
  • photos or video of the problem, if available

We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.

Inspection and Resolution

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by MediaBuk. If we determine that the issue is covered by this limited warranty, we will advise you on the next steps.

Cancellations

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
