Many customers use free tools like Canva to resize and export their videos properly before uploading them to their MediaBuk, and we have instructional videos in our library showing you how to use it.

If you want a faster and easier solution, our free app will reformat video and photo files for MediaBuk models that accept photos for you.

Videos: MediaBuks are designed to play MP4 video files only.

Other file types — including MOV, AVI, WMV, HEVC, and similar formats are not supported and will not play correctly.

Photos: JPG is recommended. PNG and PDF files are also supported.

Yes. Every MediaBuk includes a USB-C cord used for both charging and uploading your content.

Multiple videos can be loaded and played in a MediaBuk, similar to custom versions of video brochures, video mailers, and video boxes. The main difference is in the navigation: instead of having separate buttons to activate each video, the forward and back buttons will skip to the next or previous video.

Important note: When those buttons are pressed or held down, they work like typical fast-forward and rewind controls.

You can load multiple videos onto your MediaBuk.

Press and release the forward or rewind buttons to skip to the next or previous video.

Press and hold those buttons to fast-forward or rewind within the current video.

The “No File” message usually appears when:

• Files are formatted incorrectly or were deleted accidentally
• Unsupported file formats were uploaded
• Videos were not exported as MP4 files

If this happens, reconnect your MediaBuk to your computer, delete the files that aren’t working correctly, and reload properly formatted MP4 video files. Our Instructional Video Library includes step-by-step guidance if needed.

For orders of 50 or more custom units, we recommend MediaFast’s custom solutions. MediaFast is our parent company, and in many cases, the cost is the same or even less and you receive fully custom-branded video brochures, video mailers, or video boxes with expanded capabilities and higher customization options for your company.

Most MediaBuks include 1 GB of memory (approximately 30 minutes of video content).

Hardcover versions include 2 GB (approximately 60 minutes of video content).
